Urgent:Avril Lavigne Rushed to the hospital in a critical condition
Punk is being introduced south of the border by Avril Lavigne. The 38-year-old Canadian singer posted a rotating collection of pictures taken inside a car while she was in New York on Instagram on Wednesday.
The singer of “Complicated” and “Girlfriend” sat on one of the seats and posed in the first picture, holding a wine glass in her left hand. Lavigne wore a long jacket and a strapless minidress in an all-black, slick leather ensemble. She accessorized the ensemble with knee-high boots, a studded choker body piece, and a matching studded small purse.
Lavigne opened New York Fashion Week in style, having been photographed by Tyler Kenny, styled by Lyn Alyson, and glammed up by makeup artist Julia Dantas. “NYC baby,” the singer wrote as the caption for her Instagram photo, which included two white heart emojis.
