I’ am living for good,Kentucky SG Otega Oweh announces intent to enter…. Otega Oweh has been Kentucky's best player for the first five games, but this is not a hot take at this point. To be honest, you would be better off attempting to determine who has been the Wildcats' second-best player thus far in Mark Pope's first season as head coach. Oweh continues to put up impressive numbers, as evidenced by his team-high 21 points without a single turnover in Friday night's thrilling performance against Jackson State. At 16.2 points per game, he now leads Kentucky in scoring. With incredible shooting splits of 60.4/46.7/84.2, the 6-foot-4 junior is also averaging 3.8 rebounds and two steals in just 22 minutes per game. However, few anticipated the two-year Oklahoma transfer to have this kind of start. As a sophomore with the Sooners, he was decent but not outstanding. When Oweh moved to Kentucky, he was a bit of an afterthought on a 12-man roster that had just been created....
