Breaking:2025 top recruit Cooper Flagg commits to Duke men’s basketball over UConn, Kansas….
Since he started high school, the five-star recruit and possible first-overall 2025 NBA draft pick has been in the news. Born in Newport, Maine, Flagg became the first freshman in his state to win the Maine Gatorade Boys Basketball Player of the Year award. Prior to their second year, he and his twin brother, Ace, moved to Montverde Academy. At the 2024 ESPYS on July 11, Flagg was also named the Gatorade Men’s Player of the Year.

Cooper leads the 2024 rankings for good reason thanks to his potent offensive finish and size that can change shots. Before deciding, he traveled to both Kansas and UConn, even going to the Blue Devils’ football game versus the Huskies on September 23. The forward is a member of Duke’s
