Brandon Lee’s The Crow Costume Brings in $25K at….
The Crow outfit used by Brandon Lee brought $25,000 at auction. The movie shows Lee wearing the previously stated costume in a number of scenes.
Days before the 1994 film’s completion, the actor—son of the late martial arts icon Bruce Lee—was unintentionally slain on the set.
At a recent auction, Brandon Lee’s The Crow, which included a distressed black shirt, leather pants, and jacket with personal belongings in the pockets, brought $25,000.
The original entry stated, “Actor Brandon Lee wore this costume during the filming of the 1994 American dark fantasy action picture The Crow.”
“A long black leather coat, black blouse, and black leather pants make up the costume. There are tears and gunshot holes in the suit, which has been severely damaged for the movie. The outcome of the bidding war has not been made public.
Brandon Lee would have turned 55 in February of this year. In celebration and tribute, his sister, Shannon Lee, wrote, “Brandon, when I’ve been thinking about you lately, I’ve been remembering how beautiful you were.
In a previous interview, Brad Pitt recalled that Brandon Lee had warned him that he would die early, but he dismissed this as a result of their inebriation and stoned state at the time.
