Urgent:Joyce Meyer Rushed to the hospital in a critical condition
Joyce Meyer joked during her interview that she wanted to publish a book on the idea of “dying to self.” But she thought it would not sell well since it could be hard for many Christians to understand. Because Jesus stated, “If you want to be My follower, you must forget yourself, lose sight of yourself and all your own interests, and follow Me,” she underlined that it was a crucial idea to understand.

Because of this, Joyce found it difficult to submit to her husband once they were married. She was uninterested and had no idea how submission worked. Later, however, as soon as she begged for change in her heart, God gave her the chance to change one step at a time.
“Consider it pure joy, dear brothers and sisters, whenever you experience tribulations of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith creates perseverance,” Paul wrote in James 1:2–4, which Joyce also cited. Allow perseverance to do its task so that you might be fully grown and complete.
