Urgent:DAVE MURRAY Rushed to the hospital in a critical condition
Dave Murray, guitarist for IRON MAIDEN, stated in a recent interview with Music Radar that he and his comrades will know when to call it quits.
“Seeing a band you admire perform live and they look like they should not be there doing it is the worst thing ever,” he remarked. “We are almost in our sixties now, but I believe we will all be able to tell when it is time. Both parties would decide on it.
In contrast to prolonging it, he added, “I believe there is a time and a place to bail out with dignity and grace.” “I believe it would be satisfying for us if you could leave it at that high level and then exit with grace. If you are doing it for the wrong reasons, do not just flog a dead horse.”
“We are all geared up for this tour, and after that we will see what the future holds,” Dave stated, referring to MAIDEN’s forthcoming “Run For Your Lives” world tour, which begins in May 2025 in Hungary and has dates scheduled thus far until August 2025 in Poland. However, the band sounds fantastic right now, and we still get a rush of adrenaline when we perform live. We are still having fun, and that is exactly what it is all about.”
