UPDATE!!:OU softball revises schedule for Norman Tournament due to inclement weather forecast
NORMAN — On Monday, OU softball revealed an updated schedule for this weekend’s Norman Tournament. Originally, the competition was scheduled to run from Thursday through Sunday. However, the Sooners will now play doubleheaders on Saturday and Sunday and wrap up the tournament on Monday owing to the predicted bad weather this week.
On Saturday, OU takes on Bowling Green at 2:30 p.m. and Abilene Christian at noon. After playing Wichita State at 11 a.m. and Tulsa at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, the Sooners will play Abilene Christian at 1:30 p.m. on Monday to conclude the event. Marita Hynes Field and Love’s Field will each host a 10-game event.
