Showrunner Will Smith has stated that the fifth season of the critically acclaimed spy thriller Slow Horses is almost finished. The crew is already plunging into the editing process with just a few days remaining in the filming schedule.
The second chapter in the Slough House series is already underway, and fans will not have to wait long to see the new season, Smith stressed in an interview with Collider.
“We are now in the editing process, and we have a few days left of filming left. Though not as soon as everyone would want, it is on its way.
According to the Collider’s article, Smith hinted that the series is expected to proceed according to the typical schedule, maybe debuting by next summer, even though a specific release date has not been decided.
Based on Mick Herron’s novels, Slow Horses has earned a reputation for its succinct six-episode seasons that hold viewers’ attention without dragging them out.
