Tennis mega star roger federer seeks for divorce against mirkar due to…
Roger Federer has praised his wife Mirka for her incredible sacrifices for his profession, saying that if she had continued with her tennis career instead of retiring, they might not have broken up.
Roger and Mirka first connected while playing tennis together for Switzerland in the 2000 Sydney Olympics.
Later, Mirka rose to the position of manager for Federer, which she left to take care of their four kids.
In terms of support, Federer has been amazing, Federer recently told The Times.
“It was incredible how effortlessly she gave up tennis and retired, never really making an effort to return.”
The Swiss Maestro was filled with gratitude for Mirka’s altruistic gesture of giving up her own tennis career to assist him in becoming one of the greatest players of all time.
“You know what, I would rather have helped you have an extraordinary career (than) me having some type of job and we will not see each other and we will grow sad and maybe we will break up because we will not see each other enough,” Federer added, mimicking Mirka.
“We still enjoy spending time together,” the statement reads.
After being married in 2009, Roger and Mirka produced two pairs of twins: Myla and Charlene, who are ten years old, and Leo and Lenny, who are six.
Mirka and the children travel the world to see Federer play; they are frequently observed at the courtside during his tournaments.
Federer says he intends to return to playing in front of fans in 2021 as he works toward recovering from a knee ailment.
Federer has not played since having knee surgery at the end of February, when he defeated longtime rival Rafael Nadal in an exhibition match in Cape Town in front of a record crowd of 52,000 spectators.
