Urgent:Johnny Van Zant Rushed to the hospital in a critical condition Following his youngest daughter Taylor's hospitalization last week, Johnny Van Zant of Lynyrd Skynyrd is thankful for the prayers and support of his fans. Van Zant thanked everyone for their thoughts and support in an update video she posted on her condition on Sunday. He clarified that the Mayo Clinic defines cavernomas as "groups of closely packed, irregular tiny blood veins with thin walls," which is what Taylor's diagnosis was.
