Urgent:Jennifer Hudson Rushed to the hospital in a critical condition The Ellen Show is taking over as showrunners for Jennifer Hudson's upcoming syndicated talk show. The newly minted EGOT winner's show, The Jennifer Hudson Show, will debut on September 12 in over 95 percent of the country and be led by Mary Connelly, Andy Lassner, and Corey Palent. The three have been the driving force behind Ellen DeGeneres' syndicated show, which recently bid farewell to its host after nearly 20 years of operation. In addition to the show, Connelly and Lassner have each signed a general contract with Warner Bros. Unscripted TV, where they will work on additional unscripted series. (Notably, some Ellen Show portions were turned into unscripted television shows.)
