Running backs coach Mike Hart was one of the primary unanswered questions as Sherrone Moore's coaching team came together over the past few weeks. Since joining Harbaugh's staff in 2021, the former U-M running back has played a significant role in the football staff. Hart is not anticipated to rejoin the staff in 2024, according to a report published by the Detroit News on Friday. According to some reports, Hart has not been a part of the program since Michigan's 2024 national championship victory and has been battling personal problems unrelated to sports. Whatever the reason, Sherrone Moore will have to fill another important position on his coaching staff in the days ahead as a result of Hart's resignation. Breaking:Cal Poly OL transfer Brady Norton commits to Michigan... Brady Norton, an offensive lineman, has transferred to Michigan, making him one of the top FCS players in the transfer portal. Norton still has three years of eligibility left and will be a redshirt sophomore the following season. Norton started 11 games as a redshirt freshman for Cal Poly this season after seeing little time in 2023. He had a 99.7% block rate in 704 plays, allowing only three pressures. Breaking:Michigan OL Raheem Anderson announces intent to enter Transfer Portal Maize and Blue Review found out Wednesday afternoon that Raheem Anderson, an offensive lineman for Michigan, is anticipated to go into the Transfer Portal. The graduate student participated in the 2024 season after graduating in three years. I want to express my gratitude to the University of Michigan for providing me with the most memorable four years of my life." In one social media post, Anderson wrote. NFL wide receiver DK Metcalf is related to them. TJ has two years of eligibility and will be a junior the following season. Metcalf played safety, dividing his 730 snaps mostly between in the box and free safety. In addition, he played 94 cornerback snaps. Shock:Former Michigan LB Joey Velazquez makes rare transfer from Michigan to OSU Joey Velazquez, a former Michigan linebacker who registered on the transfer portal in late December, made an uncommon and almost forbidden move on Monday morning when it was announced that he would be moving to Ohio State. After five years with the Wolverines, Columbus native Velazquez will continue his career with the Buckeyes. Velazquez made a fumble recovery and seven total tackles while playing football for the Michigan team. Neither in 2019 nor 2023 did he see any gameplay. In Ann Arbor, Velazquez is well-known for playing two sports.
