Stana Katic, an actress from Quantum of Solace, says she would…
In the comedy-crime series “Castle,” actress Stana Katic played detective Kate Beckett for eight seasons. She says she is pleased of the role. “I am proud of Kate Beckett as a character. I am not under any pressure to “move away from the image of Kate Beckett,” personally. I have many happy memories of that character,” Katic said to IANS.
Currently, she is occupied with the second season of “Absentia,” where she portrays Emily Byrne. “I am trying my hardest to put as much love and passion into Emily as I do into every role I portray or tale I write. “I would frequently step out of the ‘Castle’ environment because I was doing features virtually every single break during my time on ‘Castle,'” the actress from “The Possession of Hannah Grace” stated.
“Absentia” star Katic responded, “I do not have a certain number,” when asked how many seasons she would like to see. As long as we create a compelling story and wrap things up nicely, I believe that telling the end at a point where the audience is still wanting more is important.
“So, I guess we will see where we stand as a company then, and I would definitely like to have one more season.”
The focus of “Absentia” is Byrne, who was pronounced dead earlier. In the first season, it was demonstrated how the FBI agent, who was the main suspect in a series of killings, attempted to regain her family, identity, and innocence.
