In the victory, the Lady Vols (17-5) outscored the Huskies (21-3) 46-34. Tennessee played defense, limiting Paige Bueckers, a star at UConn, to 14 points on 5 for 16 shooting. Tennessee shot 45.7%, while the Huskies shot 40.3%.
