Caleb Chester said that he has verbally committed to Texas, choosing the Longhorns over LSU, Texas A&M, TCU, and Arkansas. Chester, a resident of Fort Bend Marshall, went to Texas in the spring to observe a UT practice before returning the weekend of June 7 for an official visit.
