Debate:NOW AND EVER CAMPAIGN SHATTERS HISTORIC $1.5B GOAL EARLY Miss OXFORD With champagne toasts and confetti pops, the University of Mississippi revealed that it has raised $1.5 billion for Now and Ever: The Campaign for Ole Miss, surpassing its goal by more than a year. Thanks to the amazing assistance of thousands of proud alumni and friends, the institution has achieved the largest fundraising campaign goal in the state of Mississippi. There are still plenty of opportunities to fortify the university as the campaign runs through June 30, 2025. Chancellor Glenn Boyce stated, "We are so grateful to our truly devoted alumni and friends who stepped up with significant gifts, and we are incredibly thrilled to meet our $1.5 billion target a year ahead of the Now and Ever campaign finale." "I want to express our sincere gratitude to the thousands of members of our university family who have contributed to educational opportunities for students to leave a lasting legacy at Ole Miss." According to the chancellor, university administration anticipated that a large number of devoted Ole Miss supporters would rise to the occasion, and they did. Now and Ever: The Campaign for Ole Miss has received over 471,000 donations from almost 80,000 individuals in the form of planned gifts, pledges, matches, and outright gifts. Academics on the Oxford campus received a total investment of $720 million. 374 new scholarship endowments and 57 faculty support endowments were established by donors.
