In the run-up to his first season with the Wildcats, Kentucky native Malachi Moreno, an official commit for the 2025–26 squad, has shown off on some of the biggest stages in pre-college basketball. The seven-foot, four-star recruit finished with nine points, five rebounds, and two blocks off the bench in the McDonald’s All-American game this past Tuesday, showcasing his versatility in a role that might end up being similar to the one he plays in Lexington next
