Littlejohn (Colo.) Heritage three-star wide receiver Tanner Terch has committed to the Nebraska Cornhuskers. Terch is the nation’s No. 964 overall prospect, No. 151 wide receiver and No. 2 recruit from Colorado in the 2025 cycle according to the On3 Industry Ranking — a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
“It really started top to bottom for me,” Terch told HuskerOnline. “From the recruiting assistants to the top with coach Rhule. From the second that I even stepped foot in Lincoln at the hotel, I could feel a good vibe. My dad was with me, and he felt the same way.
“Lincoln had a certain sparkle to it, and it really stuck for me out of all the places we had been. It felt like the people cared a lot. Everyone I spoke to knew who I was, and it seemed like they actually cared.”
Tenney told On3, “I decided to commit a few days ago.” Both Coach Rhule and Coach Satterfield, the offensive coordinator, were thrilled about it. For the past few years, Dylan Raiola and I have been close friends. He is a fantastic quarterback, and who would not want to have a five-star quarterback as their quarterback? We have been in communication. It seems like a fantastic opportunity and a perfect fit for me.
He has known Raiola for almost four years; Raiola signed with the Huskers in December. Tenney always looked up to the quarterback who was playing opposite him when they faced off on the field. Recruiting him to Lincoln was Raiola’s top priority.
“Dylan was pressuring me to go there, and we were texting a lot,” he continued. And I was inspired to go check it out because he is such a talented player. I went and did that, and I must say that their facilities are superior to those in Georgia, Michigan, Tennessee, and other large states. They truly
