To increase their alternatives, Leicester City has finally signed defender Victor Kristiansen from FC Copenhagen for £17 million. With Brendan Rodgers’ team having a terrible season, the 20-year-old, who has signed a five-and-a-half-year contract through the summer of 2028, is a major boost.

The Foxes have not won since coming back from the World Cup break and are currently only two points above the Premier League relegation zone.

Throughout the January transfer window, the Foxes kept tabs on the promising left-back, and earlier this week, they formally made their offer.
