Jodie foster Rushed to Hospital After Sudden Health Scare Today….ππ
After a protracted fight with dementia, her mother passed away earlier this month.
And on Tuesday, Jodie Foster, 56, was sighted in West Hollywood for the first time since the passing of her parents.
During her outing, the two-time Academy Award winner appeared to be picking up some takeout.
Jodie was wearing dark trousers with rolled-up hems and a brown graphic T-shirt in a casual outfit as she was out and about.
The Silence Of The Lambs actor sported a pair of gray and black shoes and a black rucksack thrown over one shoulder.
Following the death of her mother Evelyn “Brandy” Foster at the age of 90, Jodie has maintained a low profile.
She oversaw Jodie’s professional progression until her pivotal role in The Silence of the Lambs in 1992.
On May 13, Brandy Foster passed away quietly at home in Los Angeles due to complications from dementia, as announced in a statement by her daughters Jodie, Lucinda, Constance, and son Bud.
Born in Rockford, Illinois, Brandy Foster first traveled to California as a big-band vocalist on tour before taking a brief job as a publicist in Hollywood.
In her 30s, she started overseeing the career of her third kid, Bud, who went by Buddy at the time and was most recognized for his regular part in the Andy Griffith Show spinoff, Mayberry RFD. She was a single mother at the time.
At three years old, Jodie, her youngest kid, started acting in commercials.
She was a tough and astute supervisor for her daughter, putting her in situations that others found questionable, such as having her appear as a 14-year-old prostitute in Martin Scorsese’s Taxi Driver.
It succeeded as Brandy Foster had hoped to break her daughter out of the child acting rut. Jodie Foster started an illustrious adult career after receiving her first of four Oscar nominations.
