Co-star Jay Hayden, who plays Travis Montgomery on Station 19, is speculated to be Jaine Lee Ortiz’s lover. Ortiz explains why she has never made public their relationship, saying that it would be “spicy” due to the secrecy.
“Well, you could assume. things just makes things spicier, and I am cool with that,” she mused before disclosing that she prefers to keep her personal affairs private since, in the absence of confidentiality, “What do I have?”
“I believe that intimacy is incredibly holy, and I believe that I have shared some friendly-looking photographs that convey this sense, but certainly. Think creatively,” she continued.
Over the years, the two have made indications about their romance, though, as they spent the holidays together and Jay made an appearance in a Boomerang Jaina post on social media. She said, “Happy Christmas, ye dirty beasts!” as the post’s description.
Additionally, they spent the summer in Italy together. Jay shared a story on Instagram featuring the two of them enjoying the local adventures while buried in natural mud.
In an interview with People, Jaina said that even with the cancellation, “it is been such a fantastic experience” and that she “did not even dream” that she would get to spend seven years telling stories with this group. Additionally, Station 19 will shift from its customary 8 p.m. time slot to 10 p.m. for its final season.
