GoodBye:Trent Noah and Travis Perry answer the bell for Kentucky basketball
Kentucky fans love nothing more than watching homegrown talent rise to the occasion, and that’s exactly what happened as Trent Noah and Travis Perry helped lead the Wildcats to a 75-64 win over Tennessee. In a game that featured plenty of big moments, the two Kentucky natives delivered when it mattered most, helping the Cats complete a season sweep of the Volunteers.
Harlan County’s own Trent Noah put together his best performances of the season, scoring 11 points on 3-of-4 shooting from deep and 2 late game free throws. His three-point shooting was crucial, as Kentucky hit 12-of-24 from beyond the arc to bury Tennessee’s hopes. Every time the Vols made a push, Kentucky and Noah seemed to have an answer.
