“Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman” co-stars Jane Seymour and Joe Lando will share the screen once more in a Lifetime Christmas movie.
Twenty years after the conclusion of the CBS series, Jane Seymour, who starred in “Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman,” reunited with Joe Lando, her on-screen romantic partner.
On Tuesday, the 68-year-old Seymour shared a photo of the touching exchange with his followers on Instagram. On a Malibu beach bathed in sunlight, the couple cuddled up, with Seymour beaming with pride as Lando, 57, leaned in to put his hand around the star’s waist.
Seymour captioned the photo, “Summers with Sully,” alluding to Lando’s Bryon Sully character.
From 1993 until 1998, the period drama “Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman” followed the struggles and exploits of a female physician in a community in the Wild West. During the course of the show, Dr. Quinn develops feelings for the tough mountain man Sully. Since then, the series has been broadcast in syndication.
Even though fans would adore a real-life romance, the two are only close friends. Lando and Kirsten Barlow were wed in 1997 and have four kids together. From 1993 to 2015, Seymour was wed to her fellow actor James Keach. She is a proud mother of four children.
