Congratulations👑:Alexander Zeverev has been recognized as the greatest tennis player of all time, receiving a prestigious award….
After tennis player Alexander Zverev struck an out-of-court deal with his former partner and agreed to pay fines of 200,000 euros ($218,000), a German court on Friday withdrew the case against him.
According to the German news agency dpa, a Berlin district court concluded the trial with the consent of state prosecutors and attorneys for Zverev and his ex-partner, Brenda Patea. Zverev consented to pay 50,000 euros to charitable organizations and 150,000 euros to the state in fines.

Prosecutors accused Zverev, the world No. 4, of pushing Patea against a wall and strangling her and causing bodily damage after an incident in Berlin in May 2020. Zverev said he had done nothing wrong.
After Zverev challenged a penalty judgment imposed in October that required him to pay fines of 450,000 euros ($490,000), the case went to trial. In Germany, if the suspect does not challenge the ruling, penalty orders are used to end some criminal cases without a trial.

Following discussions between Zverev and Patea’s attorneys in recent days over resolving their differences “at all levels in which there were issues in previous years,” Judge Barbara Lüders informed the court that she was dropping the case. According to Lüders, the ex-couple wished to put an end to their public conflict and “move forwards,” including with regard to “their joint custody of their child.”
