Breaking:Top-100 DB Jaboree Antoine commits to Miami over LSU
One of The Boot’s top players is on his way to The U. The eighth-ranked safety in the Rivals250 for the 2025 class, Jaboree Antoine, of Westgate High School in New Iberia, Louisiana, committed to Miami on Saturday instead of LSU. He informed Rivals that his hiring process is now formally closed.
After making many trips to South Florida this year, including his official visit last month, the top-100 talent, who can create plays on both sides of the ball, loved his fit in Coral Gables.
Being a hometown kid choosing LSU over other universities was very difficult. Antoine told Rivals, “It is been difficult going into this, but the relationships I had developed with the coaching staff at Miami were unrivaled.” “I am certain that I will be able to play early and blend in well with their plan. I will be able to blend in and create plays with Coach (Lance) Guidry’s plan.”
After becoming more accustomed to Miami culture this off-season, Antoine, who is ranked No. 95 in the Rivals250, felt at ease traveling out of state. He believes that the Hurricanes are a team that will succeed with this coaching staff.
Antoine began by saying, “I adore what they are building at Miami.” They are on the rise and making a comeback. During my visit, every query I had was addressed. They never said anything to offend me and remained constant throughout. One of the most significant aspects of it is that. He claimed, “There is something the players and the coaches have for the game, in terms of enthusiasm and determination.” “They are committed to winning.”
