Breaking:The Ohio State University Marching Band honors Billy Joel during Michigan halftime show
During its seventh halftime performance of the 2024 football season, the Ohio State University Marching Band put aside their rivalry to join the Michigan Marching Band in celebrating Billy Joel. TBDBITL played a number of Joel favorites, such as “Uptown Girl,” “We Did not Start the Fire,” and “Piano Man.”
Dr. Christopher Hoch, Associate Director Phillip A. Day, and Assistant Director Josh Reynolds oversaw the halftime show.
With its Pirates of the ‘Shoe performance, the Ohio State marching band’s last performance transported spectators to the life of a pirate.
