Breaking:No.1 American Player Malachi Moreno Commits to Kentucky, Setting New Record!!
Malachi Moreno has a lot of self-assurance. Mark Pope’s first 2025 class recruit, the new Kentucky commit, had a lot of positive things to say about the upcoming two years. He promptly pitched to two talented Kentucky targets, four-star Braylon Mullins and five-star Jasper Johnson, as soon as he announced his commitment to the UK.
Moreno also described his senior season objectives at Great Crossing High School, where he chose to remain rather than transfer to a prep school, which include becoming Mr. Kentucky Basketball and winning a state championship, being named a McDonald’s All-American, and doing anything else he can. In the upcoming months, he has high hopes for both himself and his club.
But when he gets to Lexington, those expectations will rise even further. That is what Moreno is embracing. In his final interview with KSR’s Jack Pilgrim after his pledge, Moreno outlined some ambitious objectives that will undoubtedly make the Big Blue Nation want to get him on campus as soon as possible.
“I will be hanging flags. Plural. Banners,” Pilgrim was informed by Moreno. “We’re winning banners as long as I’m here.” Do not say anything more, buddy. Let us go to the Rupp Arena rafters and hang some more banners.
