Breaking:No 1 American NFL Player Caleb Tafua Commits to Texas A&M Setting a new Record!!
Mike Elko and his team are constantly adding important members to the 2026 recruiting class. The West Coast gave them excellent news on Saturday when Caleb Tafua, a tight end from Lakewood, California, declared his commitment to Texas A&M.
With 795 yards and 10 touchdowns on 44 receptions as a junior in 2024, Tafua, who stands 6′ 4 and weighs 215 pounds, is a prime target in the passing game. He is considered one of the best tight ends in his class and has had offers from Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, LSU, Michigan, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, and USC in addition to the Aggies.
He joins Xavier Tiller at tight end and is Texas A&M’s ninth commitment of the 2026 recruiting class. He joins linebacker Samu Moala as the Aggies’ second California addition.
