Breaking:four-star linebacker Corey Amos Commits to Ole Miss after several offers from Penn state and miami
Corey Amos, a four-star linebacker from Opelousas, Louisiana, said on Saturday night that he had committed to Ole Miss. Despite receiving offers from schools like Miami, Penn State, and Mississippi State, he decided to join the Rebels.
According to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that takes into account all four of the major recruiting media businesses, Amos is ranked No. 31 LB in the 2025 cycle and No. 285 overall. In Louisiana, he is ranked as the sixth best player.
Amos, the first member of the Rebels’ 2025 recruiting class, decided to fulfill his promise to Lane Kiffin and company after visiting Oxford this past weekend.
In the 2024 cycle, Ole Miss assembled a strong recruiting class. According to the On3 Industry Team Recruiting Rankings, the Rebels recruited 21 prospects, making them the 20th best class in the country.
Kamarion Franklin, the four-star defensive lineman from Lake Cormorant (Miss.), who is ranked No. 10 in the On3 Industry Ranking and No. 81 overall, is the class’s star. Four four-star prospects are on their way to Oxford, including him.
