BREAKING: 2025 3-star OLB Christian Flips Commitment to Tennessee Football….

Tennessee football added a new pledge to its 2025 class seven days after their previous one. Christian Gass, a three-star outside linebacker from Eastside, Georgia, has decided to join the Vols instead of Georgia or USC.

Gass’s recruiting has somewhat been downplayed, but the Vols have given the 6-foot-4, 210-pound versatile defender top priority. Tennessee was one of the two colleges that were pushing the hardest at the time, Gass told reporters as recently as a few months ago.

Both Mike Ekeler and William Inge will have the chance to impart their expertise to the incoming senior. This will result in the first linebacker commit of the class for what was once Rivals’ No. 12 ranked recruiting class for the 2025 cycle.

Speaking of Georgia, this was yet another significant victory over the Bulldogs in the recruiting process. This week, it is Gass, after Travis Smith Jr. chose Tennessee over his native state last week.

Lagonza “Shadey” Hayward is scheduled to make an announcement next weekend, and the Vols are now among the favorites to sign the four-star, so they have a busy run of guys making decisions. Then, on August 17, David Sanders Jr., the top offensive lineman in the country, will make his announcement.
