According to the On3 Industry Rankings, Milivojevic is ranked as the No. 28 player from Illinois, the No. 66 quarterback, and the No. 1212 prospect. He and Aidan Chiles, a transfer from Oregon State, are currently Michigan State's only scholarship quarterbacks. Prior to receiving an offer from Michigan State and offensive coordinator Brian Lindgren on December 7, Milivojevic did not get much interest from the Power Four. Milivojevic traveled to East Lansing for his formal visit nine days later. Milivojevic was delighted with Michigan State's upgraded facilities and Big Ten standing. As a former quarterback himself, he also related to Smith. Milivojevic frequently creates plays while running and has a good arm. Sayin, the class's fifth-ranked prospect and number one quarterback, had originally signed with Alabama and attended Crimson Tide classes before using the transfer portal after Nick Saban retired and former Washington head coach Karen DeBoer was hired. After Sayin committed to the Crimson Tide on November 2, 2022, Ohio State made an unsuccessful attempt to sway him from Alabama by making an offer last January. Ohio State had previously locked in on five-star quarterback Dylan Raiola (6-3, 230) of Buford, Georgia, under center in the 2024 recruiting class before. Sayin competed for 70.7 percent (502 of 7010) of his throws over his three years as a Carlsbad starter, throwing for 7,824 yards and 85 touchdowns to just 10 interceptions.
