They said they were extremely touched by what happened yesterday.

It was declared that Camilla will become Queen Consort following the death of Queen Elizabeth II. This was done in the months after her passing to set Camilla apart from the late Queen. But since then, Camilla’s title has been formally upgraded by the Royal Family to Her Majesty The Queen, or Queen Camilla.
The announcement of Camilla’s new title was initially made public on the day of the coronation, when Buckingham Palace welcomed people to see the “Coronation of Their Majesties King Charles III and Queen Camilla.” The new title has since been added to Camilla’s page on the official Royal Family website, and the new Queen was also crowned at the coronation. A lot of people have been wondering if Princess Kate will go through the same thing following the title change.
