Charles Waden-“I’ am ready to put in my best: Four-star 2025 WR Waden Charles Commits to Miami GeorgiaBulldogs
The massive victory over Texas A&M on Saturday has already started to generate recruiting momentum. Just 24 hours after the Hurricanes secured their first hallmark victory of 2023, Palm Beach Central (FL) four-star wide receiver Waden Charles announced his commitment to Miami on Sunday night.
Charles is Miami’s second 2025 commit, joining four-star quarterback Luke Nickel. Miami gets an unusual early start thanks to the blue-chip duo, which has not happened since the Mario Cristobal era. Charles has visited the hometown Power Five program numerous times, and he was present for the victory on Saturday.
Throughout two seasons and the first half of his first season at Palm Beach Central, the 6’2″, 181-pound wideout has been a standout on the varsity level. In addition to dominating on the defensive end of the ball (73 tackles, 8 interceptions), he amassed over 2,000 total yards and 17 touchdowns as the face of Somerset Academy Canyons.
