Breaking News:2025 three-star TE Mike Tyler flips from LSU to South Carolina…
Another 2025 recruit is going to leave the Tigers, this time Mike Tyler, a three-star tight end. On Early National Signing Day, the native of Columbia, South Carolina, renounces his commitment to LSU and signs with the South Carolina Gamecocks.
Tyler, a 6-foot-4, 220-pound tight end, is the Tigers’ first ENSD casualty. The Tigers were able to convince the No. 16 prospect in South Carolina to leave the Gamecocks in August, despite the fact that he had been linked to them throughout his recruitment process. That being said, Shane Beamer and company have not let up, having welcomed him home on several occasions recently.
Louisiana native and four-star tight end JD LaFleur is currently the Tigers’ only 2025 tight end recruit. Mason Taylor, Trey’Dez Green, and Ka’Morreun Pimpton might return, and if so, I am satisfied with the state of LSU’s TE room despite Tyler’s flip.
Harold Perkins Jr. is among the nation’s most talented athletes. He has been a complete game-breaker ever since he took the field as a true freshman. Every time opposing offensive coordinators faced him, they slept poorly because they knew he could win LSU football games by himself.
