Breaking:Michigan State signs 2024 three-star QB Alessio Milivojevic
Alessio Milivojevic, a three-star quarterback from 2024 Naperville, Illinois’ St. Francis, signed a contract with Michigan State on Wednesday.
After his formal visit to East Lansing over the weekend of December 15, the 6-foot-2, 210-pound gunslinger announced his commitment to Michigan State on Sunday. The visit coincided with his decommitment from Ball State. Additionally, Milivojevic received offers from Bowling Green, Marshall, Tulane, Eastern Michigan, and Ole Miss.
According to the On3 Industry Rankings, Milivojevic is ranked as the No. 28 player from Illinois, the No. 66 quarterback, and the No. 1212 prospect. He and Aidan Chiles, a transfer from Oregon State, are currently Michigan State’s only scholarship quarterbacks.
Prior to receiving an offer from Michigan State and offensive coordinator Brian Lindgren on December 7, Milivojevic did not get much interest from the Power Four. Milivojevic traveled to East Lansing for his formal visit nine days later. Milivojevic was delighted with Michigan State’s upgraded facilities and Big Ten standing. As a former quarterback himself, he also related to Smith.
Milivojevic frequently creates plays while running and has a good arm. Before making accurate passes, he showed that he could maneuver around in the pocket. A nice deep ball with touch and zip is thrown by Milivojevic. He performs admirably in roll-out scenarios and under duress.
Brennan Armstrong, the quarterback for North Carolina State, is the first person that springs to mind. Armstrong frequently used his feet to cause discomfort to defenses since he had a good arm.
Growing up in Naperville, Illinois, Milivojevic attended St. Francis High School, the home of the Spartans, for three seasons as a varsity football player. Ivan Milivojevic, his father, is a St. Francis coach.
