Larry Sellers, who gained popularity for his part in Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman, passed away in Pawhuska, Oklahoma, on Wednesday due to an undisclosed cause, according to his sister-in-law Loring Abeyta. He was seventy-two.
Sellers is an Osage, Cherokee, and Lakota actor and stuntman who has worked on TV shows and movies such as The Sopranos, Wayne’s World II, Crazy Horse, Beverly Hills, 90210, Life Goes On, and Lightning Jack.
His most well-known performance was as Cloud Dancing in the popular CBS Western Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman. He was nominated for an Emmy for this character and portrayed it from 1993 to 1998.
“Larry Sellers embodied Dr. Quinn’s heart and soul,” “His presence was enchanting, ethereal, and transcendental,” co-star Jane Seymour, who played the lead, stated on Instagram. “I consider myself extremely lucky to have shared all those amazing years with you.
