She claims to be “harassed” in two TikTok videos, mentioning that her family has been “stalked,” harassed online, and has received threats via vehicle windows.
Earlier in August, Chappell’s first album, The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess, peaked at number one on the Official Chart.
Since then, over 12 million people have seen the two postings she made on the app.
“I don’t care that abuse and harassment is a typical thing to do to people who are famous or a bit famous,” she says in one of the recordings.
