Brian May talks about his struggle with Christmas depression: “I have not wanted…
“I had not wanted to show my face because it was so serious,” Brian wrote.
“Fear, hopelessness, depression… I am swallowed up. Does it make sense?
Should I not be depressed because I am thankful for my life? Yes. “However, when you glance up and the colors have disappeared, it all becomes meaningless.”
Brian has previously discussed mental health, saying in 2011 that in the months that followed the deaths of both his father in 1991 and Queen frontman Freddie Mercury, he “did not want to live.”
