Urgent:Eric Clapton Rushed to the hospital in a critical condition
According to rock icon Eric Clapton, playing the guitar is tough for him because of damage to his nerve system. Although it was “hard effort,” the celebrated musician told Classic Rock magazine that he “can still play.”

However, he went on to say that “I consider it a tremendous thing to be alive at all” because his life had been tangled with addiction. The 71-year-old celebrity, who just released his 23rd studio album, I Still Do, stated, “By rights I should have hit the bucket a long time ago.”
Clapton’s well-known tunes, including as “Crossroads” and “Layla,” brought him international recognition in the 1970s, but his genius was marred by addiction,
