Breaking:No. 1 American player, WR Arrion Concepcion Commits to Kansas State, Setting a New Record!!
On3’s Hayes Fawcett reports that Charlotte (N.C.) Chambers three-star wide receiver Arrion Concepcion, who visited KSU this weekend for the Wildcats’ 41-15 victory over Cincinnati, has committed to Kansas State, one week after decommitting from NC State.
He is the No. 210 wide receiver and No. 33 recruit from the state of North Carolina in the 2025 cycle according to the On3 Industry Ranking — a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 1,421 overall prospect in the class.
After five months in the class, Concepcion, the younger brother of NC State standout Kevin Concepcion, decided to leave the Wolfpack.
The 22nd recruit to join Kansas State’s top-40 recruiting class is the 5-foot-10, 170-pound wide receiver. The group is led by elite Goodland tight end Linkon Cure, who is ranked as the 40th best prospect in the country.
The Wildcats also have four-star cornerback Noah King from Fairfield, Ohio; safety Logan Bartley from First Baptist Academy in Naples, Florida; offensive tackle Will Kemna from Helias in Jefferson City, Missouri; Brock Heath, an offensive lineman from Blue Valley Northwest in Overland Park, Kansas; and Coppell linebacker Weston Polk.
