Who is the better scorer between Wilt Chamberlain and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar?

While Wilt Chamberlain is renowned for his game-winning 100-point performance that has never been matched, Kareem is known for being the greatest scorer in NBA history. With 81 points, only Late Kobe Bryant has come the closest to breaking the record.

Point guards were only used to create plays at that time; centers dominated the league, and Shaquille O’Neal was the only player not at the top of the hierarchy.

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar was one of the NBA’s most prolific scorers in history, and his post moves were akin to a hack in real life.

When it mattered most in the last few minutes, no other player has ever been as efficient and clutch. Known for his Sky Hook Shot, which he perfected himself, no one has been able to execute it quite like the big man himself.

Kareem’s blocking was just as useful on defense as his post moves. Over the course of his NBA career, Kareem averaged 2.6 blocks per game; however, the first four years of his career were without a block total.

Because of his technical skill and high IQ, Kareem posed a challenge to opponents whenever he faced them in the paint.

One of Wilt Chamberlain’s trademark moves is the finger roll, which he performed during a time when no one had ever heard of the move.
