Hot deal for Liverpool this summer!! Liverpool have accelerated effort to signing OGC Nice star Khephren Thuram

It has been widely reported that the Reds intend to sign two more midfielders during this transfer window after acquiring Alexis Mac Allister. Over the past few months, a number of players have been linked with a transfer to Anfield, with Manu Kone and Thuram recently emerging as major targets.

Football Transfers said that Liverpool have intensified their efforts to sign Thuram this summer and have already verbally agreed upon the personal terms with him.

The Merseyside club has reportedly begun formal negotiations with Nice to capture the services of the French midfielder, who is eager to join Jurgen Klopp’s squad, according to the source.

According to Football Transfers, the French team wants a cost of approximately £51 million ($60 million) to let its star player depart, so it appears Liverpool will have to spend a lot of money to recruit the 22-year-old.

In any potential deal for Thuram, however, the source claims that Liverpool will face stiff competition from Newcastle United and PSG since they are also planning a bid for him.

The 22-year-old’s current deal still has two years left, putting Nice in a great position to demand a high price if they are forced to sell this summer.

For the duration of an entire game, Klopp loves to use a hard-working midfield trio in a 4-3-3 formation because he enjoys playing a high-pressing brand of football.

Thuram might be the perfect addition for Klopp’s system because he is quick, strong, technically sound, and capable of playing passes between the lines. He can also dribble past defenders on the other team in confined spaces and help defensively.
