Done deal!!! Liverpool ‘submit proposal’ to Bundesliga giants with £56m raid for Fabinho successor to be ‘finalised

After learning that Bayern Munich is open to selling the talented star, Joshua Kimmich is reportedly getting closer to being signed by Liverpool.

Two key midfield players for the Merseysiders, Fabinho and Jordan Henderson, are on the verge of leaving the club due to lucrative offers from Saudi Arabia. And even if Al Ittihad’s pursuit of Fabinho is said to be in jeopardy, the club’s president is doing everything in his power to keep the Brazilian transfer proceeding.

Jurgen Klopp, the manager of the Reds, is still actively looking for midfield reinforcements regardless of whether Fabinho leaves.

In fact, with the loss of Naby Keita, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, James Milner, Arthur Melo, and other key players, the Merseysiders are currently significantly weaker in the engine room.

While Dominik Szoboszlai and Alexis Mac Allister have joined for a total of £95 million, FSG is willing to loosen its financial restrictions in order to give Klopp access to more players.

In order to accomplish this, it is said that Liverpool has created a long list of five prospective signings and has up to three additional targets in mind.

Kimmich is a person who has been frequently associated with the Reds this summer.

The 28-year-old has been a key component of the Bundesliga powerhouses’ machinery for a long time, contributing to their eight consecutive championship victories while he has played at the Allianz Arena.

It was said that Bayern were eager to offload the star, who can play either right back or defensive midfield due to a falling out with the previous manager Julian Nagelsmann.

The appointment of Thomas Tuchel is thought to have significantly changed that position.

But as of late, it appears like another change of heart is in the works.

Bayern has big goals for the summer market. To that aim, they are actively seeking trades for Kyle Walker and Harry Kane.

Bayern is eager to help Liverpool buy Kimmich.

Both deals are pricey, though, so they are getting set to make a daring third offer for Kane after seeing their first two rejected.

They will probably now have to sell before they can buy because of leaked rumours about their plans to offer the player, who turns 30 this week, a five-year contract.

In order to achieve this, a deal to transfer Marcel Sabitzer to Borussia Dortmund is almost complete.

However, recent rumours from Spain indicate that they are also open to considering bids for Kimmich.

As a result, it has been stated that Liverpool is prepared to “submit a proposal” to bring the 79-cap Germany star to Anfield.

Additionally, Bayern Munich is reportedly open to selling if they receive a bid around €65 million (£56 million).

Although it may appear expensive for the 28-year-old, Klopp is aware that in Kimmich, he would be getting a player who has won before.

Additionally, his versatility may allow Klopp to switch Trent Alexander-Arnold to the midfield. And with Kimmich in the lineup, Liverpool would have a player who could cover the England star with ease.

According to the report’s conclusion, Liverpool thinks a deal for Kimmich can be “finalized” with their offers.

His teammate Ryan Gravenberch is also a target for the Reds. However, efforts to sign the Dutchman will probably fail if Kimmich moves on.
