Cristiano Ronaldo shows off his padel skills in Singapore after missing out on the Saudi Pro League title with Al-Nassr, as adoring fans cheer every shot

The footballing sensation finished the 2022–23 campaign on Wednesday with Al-Nassr of Saudi Arabia, defeating Al Fateh 3-0 while on rest.

With Al-Ittihad winning the Saudi Pro League by five points, Dinko Jelicic’s team was unable to win the championship.

However, Portuguese star Ronaldo bounced back from that setback with a trip to Singapore in south-east Asia.

He is there to support charitable endeavors run by his friend, millionaire tycoon Peter Lim, who also owns Valencia of Spain.

The 38-year-old veteran Ronaldo is seen in the video holding a racquet and appearing at ease as local children loudly applaud each of his shots.

Despite rumors tying him to a surprising return to old club Real Madrid and a move to German powerhouse Bayern Munich, he has insisted he would remain in Saudi Arabia.

“I’m happy here, I want to stay here, and I will stay here,” Ronaldo remarked.

And in my opinion, the Saudi league can rank among the top five leagues in the world if they keep up the job they intend to do here for the next five years.

“I will be here, a part of your world, your culture, and I hope to make the people happy.”  ‘I will try to give my best throughout the time that I will be here, and I hope you enjoy through my games, my performance, and to win things, but one again, thank you for inviting me.

Al-Nassr will play Al-Shabab in the Arab Club Champions Cup, then play Paris Saint-Germain and Inter Milan in preseason friendly over the course of a week in July.
