Breaking: ANDRE AGASSI AND LONGINES CELEBRATE TEN YEARS.

Tennis icon and Longines Ambassador of Elegance, Andre Agassi, commemorated his ten years with the company with a private charity auction.

In 2007, tennis great Andre Agassi served as the Ambassador of Elegance for Longines, a Swiss watch company with its headquarters located in St. Imier. Ten years later, Longines honored the Parisian competition Roland Garros by holding an exclusive charity sale to commemorate this milestone.

Longines has been a steadfast supporter of Agassi’s Andre Agassi Foundation for Education since its founding in 1994. The foundation’s mission is to reform American public education for underprivileged children. The brand joined the Roland Garros tournament as an official partner and timekeeper that same year; the legend himself would later win the title in 1999.

All ten Conquest Roland Garros chronograph sales proceeds will be donated to the foundation in honor of this anniversary. The watch is an homage to the game of tennis. The hands have a hint of orange, and the dial and indexes allude to the famous clay of the French Open courts. Roland Garros’s logo is engraved on the caseback.
